🔧 REPLACEMENT POLICY

Single-tile replacements are available for verified manufacturing defects, including peeling, inverted or significantly misaligned patterns, and ink overflow that cannot be cleaned.

Transit-related issues including missing tiles, incorrect tile types, or visible cracks and chips caused during shipping are also covered.

IMPORTANT HANDCRAFTED DETAILS

These Mahjong tiles include hand-carved and hand-colored elements. Minor variations and small inconsistencies are a natural part of the production process and are not considered defects.

Slight surface ink overflow may occasionally occur and can typically be removed by gently wiping the tile with a clean, damp cloth.

REFUNDS & LIMITATIONS
