CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe tiles gently with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Dry immediately with a soft towel. Do not soak the tiles in water.

REPLACEMENT & HANDMADE DETAILS

Single-tile replacements are available for qualifying manufacturing defects such as peeling, inverted or misaligned patterns, uncleanable ink overflow, missing or incorrect tiles, and cracks or chips caused during transit.

These tiles feature hand-carved and hand-colored elements, so slight variations are a natural part of the process. Minor differences in color, placement, size, or surface ink may occur between production batches. Small ink marks can often be removed gently with a clean, damp cloth.

Minor individual imperfections do not qualify for a full-order return. For verified major production issues, an appropriate partial refund or remake may be arranged.
