CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove oils or dirt. Dry immediately with a soft towel. Avoid soaking in water to protect the finish.

REPLACEMENTS & TRANSIT DAMAGE

Single-tile replacements are available for manufacturing defects, including peeling, inverted or misaligned patterns, and ink overflow that cannot be cleaned. Missing tiles, incorrect tile types, and visible cracks or chips caused during transit are also covered. Please contact us with clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange a resolution.

REFUNDS & LIMITATIONS

Qualifying individual defects may be addressed with replacement tiles or a partial refund. Full-order returns are not accepted for minor individual flaws. For major, verified issues—such as severe color differences or extensive damage—a partial refund or order remake will be discussed.

Small variations in color, print placement, and measurements may occur between production batches. These normal production differences are not considered defects. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
