**REFUNDS & LIMITATIONS**

Minor individual defects may be resolved through single-tile replacement or a partial refund, depending on the verified issue. Full-order returns are not accepted for minor individual flaws. For major, unfixable issues, including severe color differences or extensive damage, a partial refund or order remake will be discussed after verification.
