HAND-FINISHED DETAILS

These tiles are hand-carved and hand-colored. Small variations in carving and coloring are part of the handmade process and do not qualify for replacement or refund. Slight surface ink overflow may occur and can usually be removed with a clean, damp cloth.

Minor differences in color, print placement, and size may occur between production batches and are considered normal production variations.

REPLACEMENTS & ORDER SUPPORT

Single-tile replacements are available for verified manufacturing defects, including peeling, inverted or misaligned patterns, and ink overflow that cannot be cleaned. Missing tiles, incorrect tile types, and visible cracks or chips caused during transit are also covered.

Partial refunds may be offered for qualifying defects within a reasonable range. Full-order returns are not accepted for minor individual flaws. For verified major issues that cannot be corrected, such as severe color deviation or extensive damage, a partial refund or order remake will be discussed.

Please double-check your design, accessories, personalization, and shipping address before ordering.
