Wipe tiles with a soft damp cloth and mild soap when needed. Dry immediately with a soft towel. Do not soak in water to preserve the finish and artwork.

Replacement Policy

We proudly offer single-tile replacements for verified manufacturing defects, including peeling, misaligned or inverted printing, and un-removable ink overflow. Missing tiles, incorrect tile types, and shipping damage such as cracks or chips are also covered.

Refund Policy

Minor manufacturing variations may qualify for a partial refund when appropriate. Full-order returns are not accepted for isolated cosmetic imperfections. For significant verified production issues, such as severe color deviation or major damage, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or partial refund.

Please Note

Each Mahjong tile is individually hand-finished. Small variations in color, placement, or finish are part of the production process and add to the character of the set. Slight ink overflow may occasionally occur and can typically be removed with a clean damp cloth. Minor differences between production batches are considered normal and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.
