Simply wipe clean using a soft damp cloth and mild soap when needed. Dry immediately with a soft towel. Do not soak the tiles in water to preserve the finish.

Replacement Policy

We proudly provide single-tile replacements for verified manufacturing defects, including peeling, misaligned printing, or ink overflow that cannot be cleaned. Transit damage such as cracked or chipped tiles, missing tiles, or incorrect tile types is also covered.

Please note that these tiles are individually hand-carved and hand-colored. Minor variations in color, placement, or slight ink overflow are a normal part of the manufacturing process and contribute to the unique character of each set.
