We happily provide single-tile replacements for verified manufacturing defects including:

Ink overflow that cannot be cleaned
Missing or incorrect tiles
Cracked or chipped tiles caused during shipping

For major manufacturing issues such as significant color variation or large-scale damage, we will work with you to provide a replacement or partial refund after verification.

Because these tiles are individually hand-finished, slight variations in color, carving, positioning, and minor ink overflow are considered normal characteristics and are not manufacturing defects.
