Single-tile replacements are available for manufacturing defects such as peeling, inverted or misaligned designs, and ink overflow that cannot be cleaned. Missing tiles, incorrect tile types, and visible cracks or chips caused during transit are also covered.

Minor individual defects may be resolved through replacement or a partial refund; full-order returns are not accepted for minor individual flaws. Major issues, including severe color differences or extensive damage, will be reviewed for a partial refund or order remake after verification. Small handmade inconsistencies and normal production variations are excluded from defect coverage.
