🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe tiles gently with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt or oils. Dry immediately with a soft towel.

Do not soak the tiles in water, as prolonged exposure to moisture may affect the finish.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

We provide individual tile replacements for qualifying manufacturing defects, including peeling, inverted or misaligned patterns, and ink overflow that cannot be cleaned.

Missing tiles, incorrect tile types, and visible cracks or chips caused during transit are also covered.

Minor individual imperfections may qualify for a partial refund rather than a full-order return. For significant verified issues, such as severe color deviation or widespread damage, an appropriate partial refund or order remake may be arranged.

PLEASE NOTE

These Mahjong tiles include hand-carved and hand-colored elements. Small variations are a natural part of the production process and make each set slightly unique.

Minor surface ink overflow may occasionally occur and can usually be removed gently with a clean, damp cloth.

Because of normal differences between production batches, machinery and printing processes, slight variations in color, positioning or size may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.
