Gently wipe the tiles with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Dry immediately with a soft towel. Do not soak the tiles in water.

Replacement & Product Notes

Single-tile replacements are available for qualifying manufacturing defects, including peeling, inverted or misaligned patterns, uncleanable ink overflow, missing or incorrect tiles, and cracks or chips caused during transit.

Because portions of the tiles are hand-carved and hand-colored, small variations may occur and are part of the production process. Slight differences in color, pattern placement, size, or finish may also occur between production batches. Minor surface ink can often be removed gently with a clean, damp cloth.

For minor individual flaws, partial refunds may be provided when appropriate rather than full-order returns. Major verified issues, such as significant color deviation or extensive damage, may qualify for a negotiated partial refund or remake.
