**CARE INSTRUCTIONS**

Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove oils or dirt. Dry immediately with a soft towel. Avoid soaking in water to protect the finish.

**REPLACEMENTS & ORDER SUPPORT**

Single-tile replacements are available for manufacturing defects, including peeling, inverted or misaligned patterns, and ink overflow that cannot be cleaned. Missing tiles, incorrect tile types, and visible cracks or chips caused during transit are also covered.

Partial refunds may be offered for verified minor defects. Full-order returns are not accepted for minor individual flaws. For major issues that cannot be corrected, such as severe color differences or extensive damage, a partial refund or order remake will be discussed after verification.
