Replacement Policy

We proudly offer single-tile replacements for eligible manufacturing defects, including peeling, misaligned or inverted artwork, and ink overflow that cannot be cleaned. Shipping damage such as cracked or chipped tiles, missing tiles, or incorrect tile types is also covered.

Each tile is individually hand-finished. Minor variations in color, placement, or small handmade characteristics are normal and add to the uniqueness of every set. Slight ink overflow may occasionally occur and can usually be removed with a clean damp cloth.
