CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove oils or dirt. Dry immediately with a soft towel. Avoid soaking in water.

PLEASE NOTE

The tile fronts are hand-carved and hand-colored, so small variations are normal. Slight removable surface ink residue may occur; gently wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Minor differences in color, print placement, and size may occur between production batches.

REPLACEMENTS & ORDER SUPPORT

Single-tile replacements are available for manufacturing defects such as peeling, inverted or misaligned patterns, and ink overflow that cannot be cleaned. Missing tiles, incorrect tile types, and visible cracks or chips caused during transit are also covered.

Minor individual defects may qualify for a partial refund; full-order returns are not accepted for minor individual flaws. Major issues, including severe color differences or extensive damage, will be reviewed to determine an appropriate partial refund or order remake. Normal handmade variations and minor production differences do not qualify for replacement.
